This sounds probably really insulting, but the singer (female) sounds almost like Sandra Nasic, but in a positive way. Not to mention, that the first song on this single, Hurt Me, sounds like one particular Guano Apes-song.
An unintentional connection here, is it? Not really. No Guano Apes after the first song. Following up is the second song How To Live A Life. Starts off with a bit fast acoustic guitar and turning into a country-like
ramalamafafafa. The third song, Believe In Me, starts off with a familiar riff, and - apologies again - the singer sounds almost like Roxette. Poppyrock we're hearing here. The last song,
Girl, is actually supposed to be a secret-song at the end of the single, as far as I'm aware. Curiously, the first song is named Hurt Me (Girl Part 2.) and this last song
here is Girl (part 1.). Right. Not a bad set of songs for a single. With a bit less plastic-feel mixing this could be even better.
